TLGLTP | Top Less Gay Love Tekno Party

I’ll be honest: I listened to this album on my way to eat a burrito, while on my way to put stuff in a storage unit … by myself. I don’t think this is the most appropriate context to listen to it. The name of the outfit says a lot about the music. It’s probably perfect if you’re hanging out with topless women, gay dudes, and X dealers. That said, I pray by my bedside every night that I might spend my life constantly in the midst of such a menagerie.

Fur Trade | Don't Get Heavy [ALBUM REVIEW]

So this is totally a whisky dick album. You had a great time with it, got that ass back to your place, but something is amiss *ahem* “down there”. All is definitely not lost, so let’s focus on the positives: you had a great night, you might have met your future dreamboat, and heavy petting is still a thing (and don’t let those rainbow party kids tell you anything different). When you wake up tomorrow with that headache, and make that piece of easy-on-the-eyes lying next to you breakfast (because you’re not an asshole) you realize that you have another chance.

Jeff Martin Joinery

Vancouver local and New York trained, Jeff Martin, makes beautiful things. Beautiful things we want. Badly. They may have a hefty price tag (our favourite, his custom wooden stool goes for $525 and is one of the more reasonable items) but his masterpieces in furniture design and millwork are worth your hard earned buck and will last a veritable lifetime.
