Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Release New Song, Album Out in January

Time to break out your leather jacket, it’s time for a new Black Leather Motorcycle Club record. In lieu of the bands release of their eighth studio album, Wrong Creatures in January, the band has treated fans to the release of that records fourth single, “King Of Bones”. Produced by Nick Launey who is know for his work with Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arcade Fire and Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, “King Of Bones” doesn’t deviate from the much beloved formula of BRMC but it does sound relaxed and refreshed for a band so deep into their career. The trademark grinding heavy guitars and distorted bass are all here but the lilting vocal melody helps to bring in some buoyancy to the proceedings. If you are a BRMC fan you will find quite a lot to love here, for any newbies, once the track kicks into the bridge with it’s repeated refrain building into some well placed Oh and Ahs, the starting point to becoming a full fledged member of this motorcycle club will have begun.
