Findlay Premiere Music Video by Ben Charles Edwards

Stockport, England’s Findlay is on a roll. The talented musician released her debut album, Forgotten Pleasures, in March and has since spent her time playing Glastonbury, The Isle Of White Festival, and sharing stages with such luminaries as Iggy Pop and Brandon Flowers. Today Findlay drops the video for her latest single “Monomania”. Directed by acclaimed video auteur Ben Charles Edwards, the clip details Findlay and a paramour watching a relationship unfold around them from the interior of a baby blue Fiat 128 3P. In the release, the video's look is equated to “an upbeat Lynchian journey” but it plays out more as a like a Malick-esque meditation on relationships. Regardless, it’s a visual delight. Beautiful 16mm photography highlight Findlay’s throwback-y vibe and compliment the aural pleasure that is “Monomania”, a pleasure that hopefully won’t soon be forgotten.
