FATE [EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE]

FATE debuts its first sustainably designed fashion collection, and we have the exclusive premiere of their lookbook before it goes live later today with the launch of FATE's online shop. The collection features up-cycled vintage and garments made from surplus material by designer Sarah Gourlay in Vancouver.

FATE, formerly FATE Vintage, began as a curated vintage line sold at Today boutique in Gastown. After the success of styling a vintage collection at Eco Fashion Week, Sarah felt inspired to continue to find ways to close the gap between being socially conscious and fashion conscious.

The collection is comprised of exclusive and limited edition pieces; characterized by clean lines, attention to detail and contemporary styling, an aesthetic signature to FATE.

FATE offers women who appreciate style that are also concerned for the environment with fashion-forward options. FATE’s collection is a response to the negative outcomes of fast-fashion and aims to inspire women to take part in the movement. And so, the brand’s name is based on the belief that the most important factor that shapes our fate is the responsible decisions that we make.
