Hanni El Khatib's latest music video, "Penny," from his LP Head In The Dirt finds a group of inmates empathizing with the sentiments Hanni expresses in the song. Directed by Simon Cahn (who recently co-directed short film 'Mourir Auprès de Toi' with Spike Jonze), the prisoners sing along to the song while going about their daily activites and even dance to the feel-good track. Although nothing similar, the orange-suited men remind us of those CPDRC inmates in the Philippines that do those choreographed routines—you know the ones.
