LADYFRND | Un Petit Message [EXCLUSIVE VIDEO PREMIERE]

We spoke to Peter Ricq of the Humans about his side-project, LADYFRND, with vocalist Yuki Holland on their video for "Un Petit Message". Here's what Ricq had to say about the video that he also directed and check out the exclusive premiere (along with a few free downloads of remixes for "Un Petit Message") below—be sure to watch it all the way to the end; not only is the track hauntingly beautiful care of Holland's vocals, but the end of the video had us stunned.

"Last February, I met up with Peter Hadfield (the video's DOP) and we decided to shoot 2 videos in two days, something simple and cheap. After a little brainstorming and a couple beers, we settled on HUMANS' "Wicked Games" to be shot on Thursday and LADYFRND's on Friday. The Shoot was real quick and it was freezing, perhaps that's why it went so fast. Yuki and I were quite happy about this shoot especially since, two months prior, we shot another video for the same track that went sour; it was exhausting, had long hours and nothing we had planned worked out. This one was like a walk in a park with friends, smoothies, smiles and one blueberry pie."

LADYFRND's self titled album debut was released on July 15, 2013 through Hybridity.
