For a lot of people, video games actually aren't that fun. If you suffer from anxiety or have a high-stress lifestyle, your downtime activity of choice might not be entering into a seemingly borderless digital world where you probably have to hide, flee or kill to survive. And we're not even talking about something as extreme as, say, Red Barrel's Outlast or Capcom's Resident Evil. How many times have we wanted to throw the controller after dying too many times in Mario? Even the most basic and classic games are notorious for making our stress levels rise. Tetris, anyone?

If only there was a way to capture the feeling of summertime and keep it around for when you need it most. Park hangs with pals, road trips to the lake, the way a crush can make you feel. While we may not have a spray available to take us back to these moments, we do have Leisure Club. Vancouver’s tropical five piece have been setting our summer hearts ablaze the last few years and today they release the video for their brand new single “Hollow Heartbeat”.

Jack Tatum's Wild Nothing project has the distinction of creating the type of record that, when put on, company will either ask immediately what it is, or get a "These guys have always been pretty good, huh?" response. Wild Nothing fits a niche, but that entire space is unshared, taken up entirely by the spacious production that brims the genre. The latest single, "Partners In Motion" is a little more upfront than Wild Nothing releases of the past.

It's been nearly three months since Seaborne singer Maryze has debuted her solo material, and in that time she has evidently decided to return to her long time producing partner, Solomon K-I. Solomon, who is the other half of Seaborne, might seem like a peculiar choice to produce. Why release something as a solo artist to breakaway from a group, but use the exact same lineup?
